Terms & Conditions — Ruhl Method

Ruhl Method (the "Services") is operated by us ("we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Services are intended for healthy adults capable of engaging in physical exercise.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Ruhl Method is currently invite-only. We are not selling memberships or processing payments, so there are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel. When paid memberships return, these terms will be updated to describe billing, renewal and cancellation before any charge is made.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The Services provide general fitness and wellness guidance and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your abilities.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: sharing your account, reselling or redistributing content, attempting to breach security, scraping the platform, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content in the Services — programs, exercises, media, text, software — is owned by Ruhl Method or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training while your subscription is active.

The Services rely on third parties (hosting, database, payments, email). Their availability and terms are outside our control; their failures may affect the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruhl Method is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or where required by law. On termination your license to the Services ends immediately.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ruhl Method LLC's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
